REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

This Refunds and Cancellations Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for coaching, workshops, digital products and other services offered by Madhavi Shilpi.

Please read this policy carefully before confirming your registration or purchase. By proceeding, you agree to the conditions below.

1. General Policy on Refunds

All purchases made through www.madhavishilpi.com, including coaching, workshops, digital products and downloadable resources, are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made, unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page of the offering.

2. Workshops (Paid and Free)

By registering for a workshop, you agree to the following:

• All registrations for paid workshops are non-refundable, including in the case of personal scheduling conflicts, technical issues or inability to attend live.

• If a specific refund policy applies to a particular workshop, it will be clearly stated on that workshop’s sales page and will override this general policy.

• If a workshop is cancelled by Madhavi Shilpi, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid. This refund does not cover any additional expenses incurred by the participant, such as travel or technical upgrades.

3. Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products, including PDFs, courses, guides or templates, are non-refundable once purchased or accessed. These items are delivered instantly and considered consumed upon delivery.

4. Coaching Programmes

Coaching programmes are non-refundable once your slot has been confirmed and onboarding has begun. This applies to single consultations, monthly plans or long-term coaching.

If a refund exception is offered for a specific coaching programme, it will be clearly mentioned on the proposal or offer page at the time of enrolment.

5. Cancellations by Madhavi Shilpi

If a service, workshop or programme is cancelled by Madhavi Shilpi for any reason, any registration fees paid will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original method of payment.
