Guava chutney is a bright, flavourful way to celebrate this often-overlooked fruit. Ripe guavas bring natural sweetness and a gentle floral note, balanced by the heat of green chillies, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and earthy spices. The result is a chutney that’s as vibrant in colour as it is in taste – fresh, tangy, and just a little unexpected.

It’s more than just delicious – guavas are naturally high in vitamin C, fibre, and antioxidants, making this chutney a nourishing addition to any spread.

Serve it alongside grilled vegetables, spoon it over soft cheese and crackers, or use it to brighten up sandwiches and wraps. However you pair it, guava chutney brings a burst of tropical brightness to the table.
