Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- ¼ tsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 5-6 curry leaves
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup each of green red, and yellow capsicum, chopped
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp aachari mango pickle
- 100 g paneer crumbled
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
- Heat oil, add cumin, chillies, curry leaves. Sauté 1 minute.
Step 2
- Add onions, capsicums. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
- Add spices, pickle. Mix well.
Step 4
- Add paneer, salt. Cook 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
- Serve hot.
