  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup each of green red, and yellow capsicum, chopped
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp aachari mango pickle
  • 100 g paneer crumbled
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1
  • Heat oil, add cumin, chillies, curry leaves. Sauté 1 minute.
Step 2
  • Add onions, capsicums. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
  • Add spices, pickle. Mix well.
Step 4
  • Add paneer, salt. Cook 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
  • Serve hot.
